The Box Out Bullying Student Survey is simple, anonymous, and will give yourself – and the rest of your team – the answers you need to make smarter decisions.
Remember, the bullying student survey is for students in grades 3 & up. It consists of 20 questions, multiple choice, and should take under ten minutes to complete.
